Scope of Services
CodeStructurePro provides web development, API integration, security auditing, and cloud infrastructure services. Service specifications, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project proposals. Any work outside the agreed scope requires a written change order.
Payment Terms
All invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise specified in the project proposal. Late payments incur a 2% monthly surcharge. CodeStructurePro reserves the right to suspend work on any project where payment is overdue by more than 30 days.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom-developed code, designs, and deliverables are transferred to the client. CodeStructurePro retains the right to use anonymized project data for portfolio and case study purposes. Third-party libraries and frameworks remain subject to their respective licenses.
Limitation of Liability
CodeStructurePro's total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests for services provided by CodeStructurePro (Carrer de Colom 10, 46002 Valencia, Spain) are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. A full or partial refund may be issued if work has not commenced or if deliverables materially differ from the agreed project specifications.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: (a) work already completed and delivered, (b) third-party licensing fees, domain registration fees, and hosting costs, (c) custom design work approved by the client, and (d) rush or expedited service premiums.
Refund Process

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from refund decisions shall first be addressed through direct communication between the parties. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to mediation or arbitration in Valencia, Spain, under applicable Spanish commercial law.
